Analysing Book Doc's Social Media Strategies for Engaging Customers
The social media platforms which Book Doc use for engaging customers are FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM & TWITTER.
For this GTP3 we all members were assigned to contribute by researching on these platforms. Me and one of the other group mate GOH WEN YENN was in charge of Facebook.
I had to find out how Book Doc use FACEBOOK to engage with customers so, I had to research on Facebook & show the lecturer drafts every week.The report we had to submit was asked to fill-up the questions by finding answers for them. It was to research about the categories that how BOOK DOC use Facebook regarding those 6 categories to engage with its customers.
The 6 parts or categories are:
1. Awareness 2. Financial Motivation 3. Connection
4. Loyalty 5. Commitment 6. Relationship

Among all these 6 categories , I researched for Awareness,Financial Motivation , Connection & Loyalty

FINAL PRESENTATION
The final presentation for capstone was on 2nd Dec 2020. In the presentation day every group was given 15 minutes to show their presentation.This time we did the presentation via BlackBoard because of the CMCO going in the city.

I was the first presenter and Goh Wenn Yen was the second presenter and rest of the 7 members had to answer the lecturer during the Q&A session.
The first presenter was supposed to be Darshan but he could not attend because of his grandmas death, so I helped Darshan to do his part of the presentation.As the decision was very last minute so I did not have enough time to prepare but somehow I managed to do it and gave my best.
